Ace Green Recycling has confirmed major progress in its international growth strategy, with equipment deployments advancing across Asia and Armenia.
The company is preparing shipments to Taiwan and Thailand, while deliveries to Armenia are already underway for both lead and lithium battery recycling projects.
In Taiwan, equipment for Ace’s partnership with ACME Metal Enterprise is now shipped, with arrival and commissioning expected in early 2026. This marks Phase II of a multi-stage rollout at ACME’s Keelung City site, expanding zero-emissions lead battery recycling. The collaboration was strengthened in June 2025 with a licensing agreement to integrate Ace’s proprietary Grid Metallics Processing System (GMPS). Building on Phase I, which introduced GREENLEAD® technology, ACME will soon be able to process up to 60 million pounds of lead-acid battery scrap annually – equivalent to around two million car batteries.
Thailand is next in line, with GMPS equipment shipments scheduled for January 2026 and deployment in the spring. This project is central to Ace’s Asia expansion, using low-temperature, zero Scope 1 emissions technology to recover lead alloys efficiently and support growing demand for sustainable recycling in energy storage and mobility.
Meanwhile, Armenia will receive shipments for two projects covering lead-acid and lithium-ion systems. Commissioning is targeted for April-May 2026, in partnership with Mel Metal LLC. Armenia’s strategic location will serve as a hub for regional expansion into Georgia and European markets.
“We are executing on our vision to establish Ace as a global leader in advanced battery recycling solutions,” said Nishchay Chadha, CEO of Ace Green Recycling.
