Battery test firm Bitrode Corporation and battery research company Gamry Instruments have entered into an agreement to develop and market battery test equipment together.
The two US-based firms have developed a “one-stop” product that brings together Gamry’s measurement software and Bitrode’s laboratory software.
The aim is to integrate Gamry’s Electromechanical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) product with Bitrode’s VisuaLCN programme to simplify customers’ set-ups and battery monitoring.
The integration will be available for existing equipment or integrated at the Bitrode manufacturing facility for a turnkey solution.
