Electra AI and Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp. have announced a strategic partnership between Electra and Indian electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), aimed at introducing advanced battery intelligence across OSM’s electric vehicle ecosystem.
The collaboration will use Electra AI’s battery intelligence platform to provide real-time monitoring, predictive analytics and State of Health (SoH) insights across OSM’s fleet. The technology is intended to support improved vehicle performance, extend battery life and provide greater visibility for customers, financiers, retailers and fleet operators.
As electric vehicle adoption increases in India, battery reliability and performance are becoming increasingly important to vehicle uptime, financing and total ownership costs. OSM plans to use Electra AI’s platform to gain greater insight into battery condition, supporting proactive maintenance, warranty management and data-driven product development.

The integration will also provide State of Health and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) estimates. These insights are expected to help OSM optimise battery use, strengthen customer confidence and support financing and asset management decisions.
ELECTRA AI said its predictive capabilities could help identify potential battery issues before they affect vehicle operations, reducing downtime and improving fleet productivity.
