Entek will continue to invest in the future of the domestic lithium battery industry. Entek is also a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of extruders and material handling equipment for the production of battery separators.
The company has 40 years of experience producing battery separators for batteries to support electric, advanced start-stop, standard SLI vehicles, trucks, emergency vehicles, emergency backup power, utility scale energy storage, and industrial batteries.
Entek also produces a portfolio of microporous membranes and high-performance materials for a broad range of energy storage and other functional membrane applications. The membranes are used for energy storage, filtration, ion selective barriers, and both hydrophobic & hydrophilic breathable barriers, suitable for sports apparel and medical applications.
