The firm, which is headquartered in Shanghai, said the agreement is to cover the full value chain for energy storage solutions.
This will include procurement and distribution, but also localised assembly and manufacturing, technology licensing and solution delivery.
The collaboration is said to be aimed at the production of advanced energy storage solutions and enhancing global supply chains.
Both companies claim the strategic partnership will accelerate the deployment and scaling of energy storage solutions in the target markets.
