The Eleventh China International Battery Seminar and Exhibition is organised by China Industrial Association of Power Sources (CIAPS) every two years to bring together battery manufacturers and users to view and discuss the latest technological developments in a variety of areas.
The last event in 2012 boasted 20 000 visitors and 3000 exhibitors. These included manufacturers of lead-acid, lithium, alkaline and emerging chemistries batteries; solar PV companies; battery manufacturing equipment makers; testing instrument companies; recycling plants; charging system developers; and raw materials and components producers for all battery types.
