This event is for all those interested in research, development, commercialisation and deployment of flow batteries.
The 2016 meeting includes an additional day for manufacturers, developers, usersand investors to address the specific issues relating to the market opportunities for flow batteries in the increasingly competitive energy storage market place. This will be followed by a visit to the new flow battery installation at Fraunhofer ICT.
The venue for the 2016 meeting will include more space for exhibitors both inside and outside the conference area, and suppliers, manufacturers and developers will be able to display their products and services. Our introductory session will be of interest to newcomers to the industry.
Programme:
Monday 6th June (optional introductory seminar on flow battery essentials)
Conference Day 1 Tuesday 7th June: Industry day covering the commercialisation, marketing, financing and operational experience for flow battery development. The format includes invited presentations and discussion sessions, with an evening reception and visit to the new flow battery installation at Fraunhofer ICT.
Conference Days 2 & 3 Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th June: Scientific, technical and commercial papers on flow battery research, development, demonstration and deployment.
