AABC Europe brings automotive manufacturers, cell developers, materials and equipment suppliers, researchers and battery-system engineers together to assess advanced vehicle batteries. The conference programme spans chemistry and materials, cell design, fast charging, safety, thermal management, pack integration, diagnostics, manufacturing, cost, recycling and the electrification of passenger and commercial vehicles.
OEM and cell-maker presentations help identify the performance targets and qualification requirements that determine which technologies can progress from research to production. Tutorials, focused conference streams, an exhibition and networking sessions allow delegates to move between scientific, engineering and commercial questions. The event is organised in collaboration with Cambridge EnerTech’s International Battery Seminar. AABC Europe will return to Mainz from 1 to 4 June 2027, with sessions and the exhibition based at Mainz Congress.
