Battery Asset Management Summit Europe concentrates on the operational and commercial management of grid-scale battery portfolios after construction. It brings together owners, developers, operators, utilities, investors, optimisers, software providers, insurers and service companies. Discussion covers performance monitoring, degradation and augmentation, warranty and insurance issues, safety, predictive maintenance, dispatch, revenue optimisation and the data needed to manage assets across several markets.
The European scope allows delegates to compare operating experience in countries with different grid services, trading arrangements and regulatory conditions, including the increasingly active Italian market. Workshops and case studies are intended to move beyond headline project pipelines and examine what happens when batteries must deliver contracted performance over many years. The 2026 summit returns to Rome on 2-3 December and will be held at the Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma.
