Battery Japan’s Osaka edition gives western Japan its own specialist rechargeable-battery exhibition within Smart Energy Week. The show covers battery materials and components, cell and pack production equipment, testing and inspection, battery-management systems, safety, charging, reuse and recycling. Co-location with exhibitions for solar power, hydrogen, smart grids and other clean-energy technologies broadens the audience beyond cell manufacturing and creates links to stationary storage and energy-system applications.
The event is primarily a supplier and buyer meeting place, supported by technical presentations and market sessions, and should attract companies from the Kansai manufacturing region as well as international exhibitors seeking Japanese partners and customers. It offers a different regional audience from the larger Tokyo-area editions while retaining the same battery-industry scope. The 2026 Osaka show is scheduled for 18-20 November at INTEX Osaka.
