LED lighting manufacturer Greenlux Finland and Fagerhult AB, the largest company in the lighting industry in the Nordic Countries, have agreed to annul their cooperation agreement.
During the three-year partnership, Greenlux delivered LED luminaries used for general lighting to Fagerhult for marketing and sale under the Fagerhult brand name. As a result of the contract cancellation, Greenlux will be able to choose its distribution channels more freely and to concentrate on stronger growth in the international markets.
In a statement, Roope Ropponen, VP, Sales and Marketing Director at Greenlux, said: “Cooperation with Fagerhult has been rewarding because the company values quality. However, we have been able to increase our own sales so much that we want to grow independently in the future”.
