Spanish genset OEM Himoinsa has reached a distribution agreement with the business group RMA and its unit in Myanmar, Asia Trade & Commerce (ATC).
RMA specialises in supplying products and services to developing economies in Southeast Asia. The Spanish multinational, which is already working with RMA in South Sudan, says the agreement will strengthen their ties in order to meet the energy needs of the Myanmar market.
Marco Perillo, Sales and Marketing Director of Himoinsa in Asia-Pacific, said the market for gensets in Southeast Asia is experiencing rapid growth.
“The market showing the greatest development over the last few years in Asia-Pacific is Indonesia”, he said.
