Battery test equipment specialist Arbin Instruments has opened a dedicated European sales office in Germany to develop closer relationships with existing customers and reach new markets.
The Munich office is the US firm’s second in the country and comes as Arbin looks to expand in the region and capitalise on the potential of the European market.
The new office will be headed by the company’s European sales manager Stephen Parker, who has relocated from the firm’s headquarters in Texas. He has worked with Arbin for seven years and helped to develop the North American and European markets.
Parker will work alongside Arbin’s new sales engineer, Myriam Brahimi (pictured), who will be serving the French speaking countries in Europe.
A company statement said: “Over time our new office and sales team will grow to meet the demands of this part of the world. Arbin will be introducing our latest Precision Series product line to the market that provides improvements in accuracy, resolution, and data-logging, along with many other new and exciting features.”
