US lead-acid battery equipment maker Wirtz Manufacturing is continuing to expand its customer service and support operations with the hunt for a regional technical service engineer to install, commission and service their equipment at customer sites in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The global leader in equipment design and manufacturing process technology for the lead-acid battery market is looking for someone with an engineering background, ideally with experience with lead battery manufacturing equipment.
The person must be prepared to travel, enjoy challenging work, and be ready for an exciting career opportunity within a multi-talented team of specialists in a family owned business.
Doug Lambert, vice president of Sales and Technology, said: “Since John Wirtz started the company in 1932 the company’s focus has been on high quality products, continuous improvement of existing equipment, and the development of new process technologies.
“We are now looking for a multi-skilled engineer to become the newest member of our world-wide team and continue our commitment to providing value and service to our customers.”
Wirtz has manufacturing operations in the US, China and India, and sales and service teams within each respective region of the world
