LG Energy Solution Wrocław is launching the fourth edition of its #ChargeTheFuture internship programme as the company seeks to develop talent for Europe’s growing battery and electromobility sectors.
The paid programme, which begins on July 16, will offer 30 students practical experience at one of Europe’s largest EV battery manufacturing plants. Participants will work alongside engineers and specialists in areas including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, traceability, ESG and workplace safety.
The initiative forms part of LG Energy Solution Wrocław’s wider efforts to support skills development and strengthen links with universities and educational institutions.
Through the programme, students take part in day-to-day engineering and operational activities, complete individual projects, tour battery cell production lines and participate in the company’s Energy of Tomorrow competition, which focuses on future electromobility and energy technologies.
Since the launch of #ChargeTheFuture, 123 students have completed the programme across its first three editions. The third intake, involving 25 students, concluded with a completion ceremony on September 30, 2025. LG Energy Solution Wrocław said several former participants have subsequently joined the company as engineers and specialists.

“We want students to leave with more than just a line on their CV (curriculum vitae). We want them to see real work, observe engineers and specialists, support them daily, but also run their own projects and draw their own conclusions,” said Magdalena Pawłowska-Kinas, senior recruitment specialist at LG Energy Solution Wrocław.
“The job market is changing faster than ever. Asking yourself ‘Is this the place for me?’ is best done here – in the factory, in the team, in action. At the same time, we gain something valuable: the opportunity to meet people before they enter the job market and strengthen our workforce with new talent.”
The company said transparency and fair remuneration are central to the programme.
“Transparency in our cooperation model is extremely important to us. Interns are paid for every hour worked, and the program gives them the opportunity to gain experience in areas essential to electromobility and new technology sectors,” said Joanna Moore, HRM manager at LG Energy Solution Wrocław.
In addition to internships, the company collaborates with universities and other educational institutions through cooperation agreements, guest lectures, technical workshops, careers fairs and support for student research projects.
LG Energy Solution Wrocław said initiatives such as #ChargeTheFuture are intended to help prepare future engineers and specialists who will support the continued growth of Europe’s battery, mobility and energy industries.
