MAC Engineering has announced two key promotions aimed at enhancing its strategic coordination and brand visibility across the battery manufacturing sector.
Bret Stern has been appointed vice president of sales operations and program management. In his new role, Stern will oversee MAC’s customer project portfolio, aligning programme strategies with execution across departments. His remit includes managing cross-functional dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to customer specifications. Internally, Stern will lead process improvements to support operational efficiency across MAC teams.
Nick Dailey steps into the role of senior marketing and visual communications manager. Dailey will lead MAC’s brand strategy, driving integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. His focus includes cross-departmental collaboration – particularly with sales – and performance tracking to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact.
These appointments reflect MAC Engineering’s continued investment in leadership that supports technical delivery and market engagement.
