Natural Power has strengthened its global leadership team with a series of senior appointments as the renewable energy consultancy restructures its advisory, analytics and asset management operations.
Jim Adams has been named Global Director for Advisory and Analytics, bringing together teams across multiple regions to deliver more unified, insight‑driven support for clients. Formerly President of North American Operations, he said: “This global structure allows us to bring the very best of our advisory and analytics capabilities to all clients. I’m energised by the opportunity to build a more unified, collaborative team and deliver insights that drive meaningful impact on a global scale.”
As part of the transition, Holly Burnett has been promoted to President of Natural Power in North America. Previously Senior Vice President, she has played a central role in the company’s regional growth. “I’m honoured to step into this position and continue building on the strong foundation our team has created,” she said.
The consultancy has also appointed Kevin Mitchell as Head of Asset Management. With extensive experience at BayWa r.e. and Vestas, he will lead performance optimisation, operational delivery and risk management across wind, solar and energy storage portfolios. Matthew Kelly, Director of Operations and Asset Management, welcomed the appointment, noting Mitchell’s strong technical and operational background.
Kevin added: “I’m very pleased to be joining Natural Power at an exciting time for the renewable energy sector… I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and delivery of high-performing asset management services.”
