Lead plate curing chamber firm Pinco has announced that Stefanos Kanidis has joined the Swiss company as its design and development manager.
Kandis will be responsible for the growth and development of the firm’s technologies while maintaining key customer relations.
Pinco manufactures curing chambers for the lead-acid battery production market.
Kanidis’ key responsibilities will include the design and development of the company’s newest generation of curing chambers, with a focus on enhanced analysis results and shorter production times.
He will also work on process control systems development targeting stability in the production, and energy optimisation of plate production.
Kanidis previously worked as lead technology strategic advisor at Systems Sunlight, which develops and produces lithium-ion batteries in Greece. He was also the plant director and chief technical officer in his 21 years at the firm.
