Germany’s Rampf will present polyurethane, silicone and epoxy-based materials alongside automated dispensing systems for battery and electronics manufacturing at The Battery Show Europe 2026 next month.
The company said its focus at the Stuttgart event will be on improving process reliability, reducing cycle times and maintaining consistent quality in applications including potting, sealing, bonding and thermal management for battery systems and electronic components.
Rampf said its polymer systems from Rampf Advanced Polymers are designed to work alongside automated mixing and dispensing technology from Rampf Production Systems to support faster and more cost-efficient manufacturing in e-mobility and electronics applications. The company added that integrating materials, dispensing technology and automation can help reduce scrap rates and stabilise production processes.
Among the products being highlighted are the Raku PUR 21-1228 and Raku PUR 21-1229 polyurethane potting systems, which are intended for protecting sensors and antennas used in applications such as LiDAR, radar and capacitive sensor systems. According to Rampf, the materials remain flexible under temperature fluctuations, adhere well to thermoplastics and metals, and feature a low dielectric constant to support signal transmission.
The company will also showcase the Raku PUR 32-3250-60 sealing system, aimed at battery housings, modules and covers. Rampf said the two-component polyurethane material is designed to provide moisture protection and sealing stability under thermal and mechanical stress, while also offering low water absorption and resistance to ageing. An optional V-0 flame-retardant version is available.
On the equipment side, the company said its modular dispensing and automation systems can incorporate robotics, component handling, thermal conditioning and optical quality inspection. The company added that digital process simulation, 3D system planning and predictive maintenance tools are intended to improve production efficiency and system uptime.
Rampf will exhibit at Hall 3, Booth D30 during Battery Show Europe, which takes place in Stuttgart from 9–11 June.
