Tersis Technologies has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ameri-Green Environmental Recycling to plan the first commercial deployment of its SynGenic V3 technology in the US.
Under the agreement, Ameri-Green’s operations in Americus, Georgia, are intended to become the site for the planned project. The companies aim to establish the facility as a reference site for further SynGenic V3 deployments across the region.
SynGenic V3 is a modular, scalable resource-recovery platform designed to transform waste feedstocks into energy and other recoverable resources. Ameri-Green’s established waste collection, recycling and materials-handling infrastructure in Americus and the surrounding area is expected to provide the project with access to feedstock relationships and local market expertise.
The companies plan to work together on site assessment, engineering, feedstock characterisation, permitting and regulatory reviews, alongside project development, technology licensing, operator training and commercialisation planning. These activities are intended to support negotiations towards a definitive joint venture agreement.

Ameri-Green is expected to provide the site, infrastructure, waste and recycling operations, feedstock supply, permits and local relationships. Tersis will contribute SynGenic V3 technology, engineering and process design, licensing, training and project-development expertise.
The parties also intend to engage with local and state economic-development organisations to assess potential incentives, grants, tax credits and workforce programmes.
