Trojan Battery Company has strengthened its Master Distributor Network with the appointment of Motive Energy, marking a significant expansion of its distribution capabilities across the western United States.
The partnership brings together Trojan’s century of battery innovation with Motive Energy’s 50 years of expertise in delivering tailored power solutions.
Based in southern California, Motive Energy becomes a regional complement to Continental Battery Systems, Trojan’s national distributor. This strategic move enhances customer access to Trojan’s full portfolio, including flooded lead acid, AES AGM, and Lithium-ion batteries. It also supports improved Just In Time (JIT) service, ensuring faster delivery and more responsive support.
Bob Pigott, Vice President, Global Sales Motive at Trojan Battery, highlighted the alignment between the two companies, stating, “Trojan Battery has always provided customers with advanced technologies, responsive service and support, and the security of a brand that stands behind its products. Appointing Motive Energy as part of our continuing Master Distributor Network expansion aligns with that commitment.”
Motive Energy will cover Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming through its 10 regional locations. Its long-standing focus on customised energy solutions positions it well to meet the needs of Trojan customers.
