TUAL, a developer of ultra-deployable EV charging solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Polarium Energy Solutions to power its mobile PowerUp Charger using Polarium’s latest modular LFP battery systems.
The collaboration aims to accelerate EV adoption in grid-constrained environments by offering scalable, intelligent charging infrastructure without the need for costly grid upgrades.
Polarium will supply its high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, engineered for safety, modularity and remote connectivity. These systems integrate with TUAL’s PowerUp Charger – a fast, mobile DC charging unit designed for rapid deployment and flexible scaling. The solution enables reliable EV charging even in remote or infrastructure-limited locations.
Polarium’s battery architecture includes embedded intelligence, advanced safety protocols, and cloud-based monitoring for real-time insights into charge status, health metrics, and predictive maintenance. Firmware updates can be deployed remotely, ensuring long-term system resilience and performance.
“Partnering with Polarium enables us to integrate smart, safe, and scalable battery intelligence into our grid-constrained EV charging systems,” said Chantal Shearing, VP Product at TUAL. “We’re proud to be the first to deploy their new LFP high-voltage batteries. With their modular design and cloud-connected BMS, we can deliver robust, low-maintenance charging solutions virtually anywhere, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.”
The PowerUp Charger’s software platform adds predictive analytics, remote management, and self-healing capabilities – allowing operators to maximise uptime and deliver fast, efficient charging where it’s needed most.
