A-Plant, one of the UK’s largest plant and equipment hire companies, has placed orders for a fleet of 20 kVA and 6 kVA rental gensets from SDMO.
The total value of the 20 kVA orders is £2.2m ($3m). With the 6 kVA gensets due to be delivered imminently, the total value could soon increase substantially, said A-Plant.
In addition to this recent purchase, A-Plant already has a fleet of around 200 Tier 3 compliant generators from the SDMO in the 10 kVA to 150 kVA range.
This fleet of generators has already been distributed around A-Plant’s nationwide service centres and is available to rent from Aberdeen right through to Bodmin, in Cornwall.
