With summer fast approaching, Altaaqa Global CAT Rental Power has installed a 24 MW temporary power plant in Oman.
The facility will supply power to the grid at a time when there is a significant increase in the use of temperature control equipment, such as air conditioning and district cooling.
Supporting the existing generating capacity of Oman, the interim power plant will ensure peak performance during the hottest months of the year.
Taking 96 hours to install, the full turnkey solution offers a complete package of power generators, transformers, fuel tanks, distribution panels, electrical accessories, and 24/7 CAT certified power engineers who will manage the temporary power plant.
