East Penn Manufacturing has announced a leadership restructure, separating the roles of chief executive officer and president. Effective 29 September 2025, Pete Stanislawczyk will become CEO, while Christy Weeber will assume the role of president.
Chris Pruitt, who has served as both president and CEO for 11 years, will retire from those positions and take on the role of executive chairman of the board.
Pete, currently executive vice president and chief commercial officer, will oversee the Operations and Commercial areas, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering and Sales. He brings 33 years of experience at East Penn, with a strong background in commercial strategy and industry advocacy.
Christy, now executive vice president and chief financial officer, will oversee Finance, Legal, Personnel and IT. With 13 years of experience at the company, she has played a key role in enhancing financial operations and internal efficiencies.
“It has been a true honour to serve as president and CEO for the last eleven years,” said Chris Pruitt. “I have high expectations for the future of the company. Pete and Christy will carry on the legacy and mission of East Penn alongside of a very accomplished management team and the full support of the Founding Family.”
