Power management company Eaton has introduced three-phase models to the 9PX UPS range for IT and industrial applications.
The three-phase in, single-phase out (3:1) UPSs can be used in situations that require energy efficiency and a three-phase power source is available.
The new models have a choice of power ratings of 6, 8 and 11 kVA, with all versions incorporating a maintenance bypass for easy replacement of the UPS without powering down critical systems.
When operating in double conversion mode, the UPSs achieve an efficiency of up to 98% when used in high-efficiency mode with good quality mains power.
The models will be available across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
