The executive director of lead battery giant Leoch International Technology, Zhao Huan, has resigned.
Hong Kong-listed Leoch’s chairman, Dong Li (pictured), said Zhao had quit effective 6 August “to manage her personal affairs”.
Dong thanked Zhao for her “contribution to the company”, adding: “Ms Zhao confirmed that she does not have any disagreement with the board and there are no other matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.”
Earlier this year Leoch invested in UK-based battery distributor DBS Energy— forming the joint venture DBS Leoch to target sales to the country’s industrial market.
