Energy management and automation firm Schneider Electric has appointed Jana Gerber as its president, microgrid North America, to help grow its commercial microgrid business in the region.
Gerber will use her expertise in sustainability consulting services and strategic account management to oversee the French-headquartered firm’s North American “go-to-market strategies and delivery”.
She is tasked with delivering tailored services for new and existing customers, with a particular focus on leading electrification efforts to build more resilient and sustainable operations for customers.
Gerber began at Schneider as a market manager in 2001 before rising through the ranks to principal, sustainability consulting in February 2021 ahead of her latest role.
