A Japan AirLines scheduled flight was grounded due to a battery defect on a Boeing 787 just one day after the airline had resumed flights with the plane.
The problem related to a pressure sensor on the battery at the rear of the aircraft in an electrical equipment container.
There was no abnormality with the battery, however ventilation holes to prevent overheating were inadvertently sealed during maintenance.
Passengers were boarded onto a 767 aircraft instead.
