Richard Ross, former president of Charles Ross & Son Company, died on 14 September. The company called him “a visionary leader” who played an instrumental role in shaping the company.
He became company president in 1961 and helped the company develop, establishing facilities for manufacturing mixers in New York, Georgia and Florida.
It has since set up in India and China.
The company did not state the cause of death, but donations have been collected for cancer care.
