Solid state LIB a big winner in DoE research funding commitment

The U.S. Department of Energy announced $59 million of funding for 43 projects focused on new and innovative advanced vehicle technology research— with around a third going toward solid-state lithium battery projects.
Universities, vehicle OEMs and private companies are among the thirteen projects that will share around a million dollars each of funding through the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
