Daewoo India has launched an AGM battery for two-wheelers. The Super Power AGM VRLA Silver+ battery comes in four models – the DW2.5LC, DWZ4, DW-Z5 and DW5LB.
Each has a 48-month warranty. The company said the batteries feature high cranking performance, low maintenance, advanced calcium-tin, calcium-silver technology, expanded metal grid technology for low self-discharge and fast recharge capabilities.
The company said its batteries feature a double chamber container with a condensation mechanism. This minimises water loss and ensures durability when faced with potholes and bumps. HS Bhatia, managing director of Daewoo India, said: “Our new range of two-wheeler batteries featuring Korean technology represents a significant advancement in battery technology.”
