Lawyer and lobbyist David Weinberg told the Battery Council International meeting back in April 2005 that things weren't going too well for President Bush, and that a new Congress could mean trouble for the lead-acid battery industry in the U.S. Your Editor met Weinberg in Washington just after the mid-term elections.
