US lead-acid production and automation equipment firm Eagle Oxide Services has expanded its products and services to include the whole battery production process.
The company, which custom engineers and manufactures high-tech automation and material handling equipment and systems, has added test cells, smart conveyor lines, palletisers, robotic stackers and plastic injection part handlers to its list of products.
Eagle, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is known for its oxide production equipment.
The new automation equipment joins Eagle’s oxide manufacturing and handling equipment including Barton and ball mill oxide systems, red lead and litharge furnaces, meltpots, ingot conveyors, pneumatic transfer systems, and integrated controls.
