U.S. firm Hollingsworth & Vose is expanding its lead-acid capabilities to meet growing demand for its AGM separators.
The expansion paves the way for the company to add Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery separator production capabilities at its Massachusetts manufacturing facility.
It will also provide support for further growth of the company’s filtration media products.
The new East Walpole production line is expected to begin operation by mid-2016.
H&V will continue to serve customers from their existing facilities in New York, Massachusetts, the United Kingdom, and China.
