Lead-acid battery company Mac Engineering and equipment has promoted a member of its board to one of its top jobs.
Julie McClure has been named Executive Vice President at MAC after a number of years as a member of the company’s Board.
She will be working directly with Sales and Operations as part of her new responsibilities.
McClure told BEST magazine: “The biggest challenge for the industry at this moment, not all that different from most industries, is constant change.
“For the battery industry and those of us who serve the industry, the changes in technology, regulation and chemistry have and will continue to need to be addressed which calls for a flexibility that I believe put MAC at an advantage.”
