Lithium-ion battery recycling firm American Battery Metals Corporation— which is changing its name to American Battery Technology Company— has appointed David Corsaut as its chief financial officer.
The American-owned company hired Corsaut to help ‘execute’ the company’s goals and be ‘instrumental’ as it scales and integrates its resource, extraction and recycling operation.
As a professional consultant, Corsaut’s clients have included General Electric, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, Siemens A.G. and Morgan Stanley.
The company is positioned to supply battery metals through its three divisions: lithium-ion battery recycling, extraction technology, and primary resources.
